As the titles says, I'm looking for member input on good alternatives to the usual Viagra, Cialis, and other drugs used for getting a boner.

I do recall some years back, but I cannot remember, been out the game for years :(

Thanks

Hey there!

There are quite the few supplements to help with your erections.

L-Citrulline is one I'd give a shot; you can try L-Arginine, but L-Citrulline is more cost effective, as it will metabolism to L-Arginine. (To my best recall anyhow.) I had good results with it, even without longer uptake.

Yohimbine is one thing many guys like, but it can be polarizing, causing irregular heartbeat etc., so caution with this one. When it works, it's great! I haven't personally tried it though.

Then there's supplements which will take a while to work. Most of them do take a while if there's a big defiency.
Maca is favorited by many, it's adaptogenic and therefore quite gentle. Just remember to cycle it, 5 days on, 2 off, every fourth week off.
The same kind of cycle would very well go with Tongkat Ali / Longjack. Finding a good source / strain is a bit more problematic though, compared to Maca. If possible, Black Maca is supposed to be the best for men in many way.

Horny Goat Weed can also be used, I actually have it as tea. This is one that might take time to build up and give effect.

Overall, a good diet and enough exercise keeps the mind and body in good operation. I'm sure you know this, you're one of the legends anyway!

I do supplement quite a bit. One very energizing product I've found to be great for me is bee pollen. Propolis as well, alongside with honey and other bee related products. Of course one must pay attention to allergies, but if there are no allergies related to bee related products, I wholeheartedly vouch for them.

For more semen output and possibly more "man power" you can also eat few para / Brazil nuts a day. Just two a day will give enough selenium in your system.

Just a few things on the top of my head. I can check my supplement thread later on if I forgot something, but this should get one started.
